It’s my favorite eyeliner for yeaaaaars. I tried so many, but always come back to this.
When I bought the newest one and opened it, it was dry - there was hardly any ink came out :(
At first I thought it was storing issue, but after reading comments i got it.
Please bring back the old formula 💔
