Just had a mental breakdown and ugly cried for 30 minutes, this eyeliner did not budge one bit. Immediately ran to leave a review. Thank you Kat Von D (RIP to my mascara should've gotten yours).

Have loved this product for years but new formula brought it downhill. So hard to remove too.

This does not even come close in comparison to the old KVD Tattoo liner I use to swear by. It doesn’t apply well whatsoever. I have to go over the line multiple times for it to be pigmented. It doesn’t dry as quickly as the original so it’s constantly smudging on my lid. It does still last long, but I am so irritated every time I apply and constantly have to shake the pen as if that helps. So disappointed, of all things to change, this shouldn’t have been on the list.

What happened? The new one is hard to control, it goes on with a thick line instead of the precise line of the past ones. Bring back the old design please.
