I had the jet black last year... and it was the best. The new one I just got is so disappointing. Pigment is lacking and it hardly applies. Even when heating it.

I’m not sure if this product was old or what but when I tried to apply to my eyelid it would not work. I tried on my hand and it wouldn’t work unless I pressed hard and scrubbed it on. I have used this same eyeliner for years but they quit selling at my local store so I ordered this online and it was a waste of money

The eyeliners are both dry and will not glide across my eyelids at all. I’ve tried to heat them up and still I’m dragging my eyelids across my face to try and get color to show up. I get very little and it looks awful.
